Jane Odonwodo is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in people management and recruitment. Currently serving as a People Manager at TeleSoftas since January 2022, Jane oversees the complete recruitment process, headhunts talent, and enhances employee engagement initiatives. As a Senior Human Resources Advisor at Work Flow Consult, Jane manages recruitment for client companies and provides leadership on HR policies. Previous roles include Chairperson of the Board at Satayaa Africa Foundation and Head of People Management at Ventures Platform Hub, where Jane championed organizational culture and employee engagement.
