Ricardo Spézia has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Ricardo started their career in 2009 as an IT Support Technician at Duas Rodas Industrial, where they worked until 2010. Ricardo then transitioned to the role of IT Analyst at the same company from 2010 until 2016.

In 2016, Ricardo joined Lear Corporation as an IT Analyst, where they worked for a few months before being promoted to Sr IT Analyst.
