Professor Of Autism at Telethon Kids Institute

Andrew Whitehouse has a diverse work experience in the field of autism and education. Andrew has been a Board Member at Mount Hawthorn Primary since 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Non-Executive Director at Autism Awareness Australia and Ocean Heroes. Andrew held the position of Angela Wright Bennett Chair of Autism at The University of Western Australia and was a Professor of Autism at Telethon Kids Institute. Before that, they worked as a Scott Family JRF at the University of Oxford.

Andrew Whitehouse began their education in 1999 at Curtin University, where they earned a Bachelor of Speech Pathology in 2002. Andrew then pursued further studies at The University of Western Australia from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Psychology. In 2023, Andrew enrolled at the Australian Institute of Company Directors to pursue a GAICD degree. The status of their current enrollment is unknown.
