Marion Harel

Marion Harel has a diverse work experience in different roles and industries. Marion is currently working as a Talent Coordinator at Telethon Kids Institute, where they support employees in their journey and is involved in recruitment processes and onboarding. Prior to that, Marion worked as a Human Resources Officer at Scotch College, Perth, and as a Human Resources Administrator at Silk Hospitality. In these roles, they were responsible for a range of tasks such as onboarding new employees, handling employee inquiries, and performing administrative duties. Marion also gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Keystart and Stanley College, where they were involved in tasks such as reference checks, attending meetings and trainings, and updating HR documents. Additionally, they worked as a casual sales assistant at Bakers Delight, where they provided customer service and maintained the store. Marion began their career as a Brand Ambassador at Activ8 Media, promoting various products through sampling and marketing activities.

Marion Harel attended Lycee Labourdonnais from 2002 to 2017 and obtained a Baccalauréat in Science Technologique du Management et de la Gestion. From 2018 to 2021, Marion pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Professional Human Resources Management at Curtin University.
