Marion Harel has a diverse work experience in different roles and industries. Marion is currently working as a Talent Coordinator at Telethon Kids Institute, where they support employees in their journey and is involved in recruitment processes and onboarding. Marion began their career as a Brand Ambassador at Activ8 Media, promoting various products through sampling and marketing activities.

Marion Harel attended Lycee Labourdonnais from 2002 to 2017 and obtained a Baccalauréat in Science Technologique du Management et de la Gestion. From 2018 to 2021, Marion pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Professional Human Resources Management at Curtin University.
