Nicole Elliott completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and Graduate Diploma (DipGrad) at the University of Otago from 1990 to 1993. In 2017, they pursued a Project Management Qualification from the Association of Project Managers. Additionally, in the same year, they also completed the Practitioner and Foundation courses in Managing Successful Programmes (MSP).
