Nicole Elliott

Nicole Elliott has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nicole currently works as a Program Manager at the Telethon Kids Institute since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) as an Associate Director from 2019 to 2022.

Before joining NICE, Nicole worked at Adelphi Values as an Associate Director in 2018. In 2017, they worked as a Project Manager at the Health Research Authority for a short period.

Nicole's longest tenure was at the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence, where they held multiple roles. From 2009 to 2017, they served as the Associate Director for the Centre for Guidelines, responsible for managing various programs and teams. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2009, they worked as the Guidelines Commissioning Manager, overseeing national clinical guidelines and contracts with collaborating centers.

Before their time at NICE, Nicole worked at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine as the Deputy Programme Manager in 2001-2002. Nicole also worked at the East London and City Health Authority as a Contract Officer from 1999 to 2000 and at the Health Funding Authority as a Contract Manager from 1995 to 1998.

Overall, Nicole Elliott has extensive experience in program management, guideline development, contract negotiations, and strategic planning in various healthcare organizations.

Nicole Elliott completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and Graduate Diploma (DipGrad) at the University of Otago from 1990 to 1993. In 2017, they pursued a Project Management Qualification from the Association of Project Managers. Additionally, in the same year, they also completed the Practitioner and Foundation courses in Managing Successful Programmes (MSP).
