Tara Diamond

Tara Diamond has extensive work experience in people and culture coordination and human resources. Tara is currently working as a Senior People & Culture Coordinator at Telethon Kids Institute since June 2022. Previously, they served as a People & Culture Coordinator at the same company from March 2021 to June 2022. Prior to this, Tara worked as a People & Culture Coordinator and People & Culture Administrator at BDO in Australia from January 2019 to March 2021 and from March 2018 to January 2019, respectively. Before joining BDO, they worked as a Mentor/Support Worker at Vemvane Inc. from September 2016 to February 2019. Tara has also gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Coordinator, Front Office Supervisor, Human Resources Administrator, and Front Desk Agent at The Richardson Hotel & Spa from February 2014 to January 2018. Tara began their career as an Office Assistant (Casual) at Leasing Elite from July 2010 to January 2016.

Tara Diamond earned a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources and Employment Relations from The University of Western Australia in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Psychological Science and Social Psychology from the same university, which they completed from 2013 to 2016.
