Javad Marami

Javad Marami has extensive experience in the hardware engineering field. Javad is currently the Head of Hardware Engineering at Teletrac Navman, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Hardware Engineering at Quantifi Photonics from September 2020 to April 2022.

From 2015 to 2020, Javad worked at Coherent Solutions Ltd as the Hardware/Firmware Manager. In this role, they managed a team responsible for designing and delivering new generation optical PXIe modules.

Before joining Coherent Solutions Ltd, Javad worked at HexoSys as a Project Manager and Senior Hardware Design Engineer from 2007 to 2015. Javad led teams in designing and developing protocol analyzers based on Altera Stratix 5.

Javad's earlier experience includes roles at Niksoo as a Senior Hardware Design Engineer from 2005 to 2007, TakPardaz as a Hardware Design Manager from 2002 to 2005, and Niksoonegar as a Hardware Design Engineer from 2000 to 2002.

Javad Marami's education history is as follows:

Javad Marami is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science with a focus on Deep Learning and CNN Algorithm at The University of Auckland. Javad began their PhD program in 2021 and is still enrolled.

From 2011 to 2014, Javad obtained a Master's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Universiti Malaya.

Prior to that, from 1999 to 2001, Javad earned another Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic.

Javad's educational journey started with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Hardware Engineering, which they completed from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic from 1995 to 1999.

In addition to their formal education, Javad Marami has also obtained a certification in "How to Think Strategically" from LinkedIn in August 2023.
