Carolina Sanchez

Carolina Sanchez has extensive experience in legal and business affairs. Carolina currently holds the position of Director & Counsel at TelevisaUnivision, a role they have been in since May 2023. Before joining TelevisaUnivision, they worked as a Senior Counsel at Warner Bros. Discovery from April 2022 to May 2023, and as a Senior Counsel at WarnerMedia from November 2020 to April 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Counsel at HBO Latin America from March 2019 to October 2020, and as the Manager of Business Legal Affairs from April 2015 to March 2019. Carolina also has experience as a Manager of Business & Legal Affairs at DLA, Inc. from July 2014 to March 2015. Carolina began their career as an Associate to George L. Fernandez, Esq. at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood, & Boyer, P.A. from November 2012 to June 2014, and at Wolpe Leibowitz & Fernandez, LLP from May 2012 to November 2012.

Carolina Sanchez obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the University of Miami School of Law from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Miami from 2005 to 2008, majoring in English and minoring in Criminology and Legal Studies. Additionally, they have earned certifications from the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the State of Florida Bar Admission, and the American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA) for Florida Advance Training-Maintenance of Traffic.
