Jairo Marin

Jairo Marin has extensive experience in the field of journalism, with a focus on producing and managing news content. Jairo started their career as a Financial Correspondent at Noticiero Nacional in 1984 and later worked as a Correspondent at Noticiero de las 7. In 1987, Jairo joined Revista Semana as a Correspondent and continued in that role until 1992. Jairo then joined Univision, where they held multiple positions including Producer, News Director, and Managing Editor. In 2011, Jairo became the Vice President and Executive Producer Aqui y Ahora at TelevisaUnivision.

Jairo Marin completed their Master's degree in International Journalism from the University of Southern California in 1993. Prior to that, they attended Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano from 1977 to 1980 and obtained a degree in Journalism, Communications, and Media.
