Pilar Ramos

Pilar Ramos currently serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at TelevisaUnivision since February 2022, following a similar role at Univision Communications Inc. from August 2021 to January 2022. Previously, Pilar held multiple positions at Mastercard from March 2003 to August 2021, including Executive Vice President and General Counsel for North America, as well as Senior Vice President for Global Public Policy and Regulatory Counsel. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant General Counsel at DIRECTV Latin America, General Counsel at DeRemate.com, and Corporate Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in French and International Relations and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a study abroad program at Sciences Po focused on International Relations.
