Gabriella Bedor

Gabriella Bedor is the current Vice President of Human Resources at TeleWorld Solutions. Gabriella has extensive experience in HR, having previously worked as a Senior HRBP at Nuix. In their previous role, Gabriella was responsible for coaching and developing high-performing teams, whilst aligning people strategies with business priorities. Gabriella also supported the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding, through to training, career development, and employee enablement. In addition, Gabriella resolved employee relation issues and created succession plans.

During their time at Nuix, Gabriella introduced innovative ideas as a thought leader for People and Culture initiatives. As a result of their work, employee engagement increased with the introduction of a company-wide newsletter, Motivation Friday messages, Wellness Friday topics, and a virtual “Take-Your-Kids-to-Work-Day” program. Gabriella also established the Women in Nuix (WiN) network to support career development, knowledge sharing, mentoring, and performance improvement programs in North America. The WiN network has since expanded into the APAC and EMEA regions.

Gabriella’s commitment to employee development led their to develop a learning curriculum based on the results of an employee survey. The curriculum was designed to increase technical and soft skills, and resulted in an 85% participation/investment rate. Gabriella also launched a wellness program focused on work-life balance and employee fitness and health. The program has received continuous positive feedback and has seen weekly increases in participation.

Gabriella Bedor has a Bachelor's degree in Communication from University of Maryland College Park and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from University of Phoenix.
