Daniela Viksten Martinetti

Daniela Viksten Martinetti has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Daniela currently holds the position of Head of Partner Applications - Delivery and Operations at Telia, a telecommunications company. Prior to this, Daniela worked at Calabrio, Inc. where they served as WFM Support Manager and later as Support Operations Manager, overseeing teams responsible for technical support services and customer support. Daniela also has experience with Teleopti - A Calabrio Company as a Manager of 1st Line Support & Dispatching, Project Manager/WFM Consultant, and Consulting & Project Management Trainee. In addition, Daniela has worked as a Cashier at ICA, a Teaching Assistant at Linköping University, an Outgoing Exchange National Manager at AIESEC in Sweden, and held various roles at AIESEC Bahía Blanca, including Local Committee President, Outgoing Exchange Quality Coordinator, and Finance and Legal team member. Daniela also served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Universidad Nacional del Sur and as a Regional Auditor at AIESEC in Southern Cone.

Daniela Viksten Martinetti has a solid education background. Daniela obtained their Master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Strategy and Management in International Organizations, from Linköping University. Daniela pursued this degree from 2013 to 2015, completing 120 credits.

Prior to their Master's degree, Daniela earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad Nacional del Sur. Daniela successfully completed this program from 2006 to 2012.

Furthermore, Martinetti graduated from La Inmaculada high school in 2005. Daniela specialized in Arts, Design, and Communication during their time there.
