Joel Mäkinen

Joel Mäkinen is a Data Scientist at Telia since May 2015. Prior to that, Joel held various roles within Telia such as Business Analyst, B2C Quarter Plan Manager, Area Development Manager, Junior Segment Manager, Marketing Specialist, and Sales Agent in Customer Service. Joel also worked as a Sales Agent at Telia in 2014 and as a Marketing Assistant at Suomen Pankkiiriliike Oy in 2012. Additionally, Joel has experience in Customer Service at IKEA. Joel Mäkinen completed their Master of Science in Economics with a major in Marketing and a minor in Psychology at Turku School of Economics from 2011 to 2017.
