Erik Asplund

Erik Asplund has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Erik started their career at PIR (PROCURE IT RIGHT) in 2002 as a Senior Consultant, where they worked until 2005. Erik then joined Applied Value as a Senior Consultant for a year before moving to Ericsson in 2006. At Ericsson, they held various roles including New Account Manager/Key Account Manager, Commercial & Business Director, Head of Sales Operations, Commercial Intelligence, and Bid Management, and Head of Price Management. In 2015, they joined Telia as Head of Commercial Management until 2018. Erik then became the Head of Voice & Data Product Management until 2021 when they were promoted to Vice President and Head of Product Area Connectivity, leading a team of professionals across the Nordic and Baltics. Throughout their career, Erik has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in product management and commercial operations.

Erik Asplund obtained their M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Business Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in the period of 1996 to 2001. Erik'seducation history also includes attendance at Stockholm University, although no specific degree or field of study was provided.
