Gintarė Grigaitė

Gintarė Grigaitė has a diverse work experience history. Gintarė is currently the Head of Strategy at Telia Lietuva, where they are responsible for strategic planning, investment planning, and supervising business initiatives. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of CCO Office at Telia, where they pioneered a demand management function, streamlined decision-making processes, and initiated the establishment of a third Agile Release Train. Gintarė also worked as a Lector of Business Analysis at Vilnius University, where they crafted and delivered a comprehensive course, providing consultations and practical sessions. Gintarė has also held positions at Telia Lietuva, Teo & Omnitel, and Omnitel & TeliaSonera Mobility Lithuania, where they contributed to customer engagement process development and led various operational and strategic initiatives. Additionally, they have experience as an Assistant at the Lithuanian Publishers Association and as a Readers Club Manager at Versus Aureus.

Gintarė Grigaitė received a Master's degree in International Marketing and Management from ISM University of Management and Economics in the years 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Information from Vilnius University from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their academic qualifications, Gintarė has obtained certifications such as ITIL Foundation Level from PeopleCert, Certified SAFe® 5 Lean Portfolio Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc., and CBAP from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
