Kristina Karaseva has extensive experience in the telecommunications and banking sectors, currently serving as the Head of Customer Service unit at Telia Lietuva since October 2018. Prior to this role, Kristina held positions at Šiaulių Bankas as a Training Coordinator from March 2017 to 2018, and at Omnitel, where responsibilities included Retail Sales Manager from April 2014 to September 2016, as well as Showroom Consultant and Customer Retention Manager (project) from September 2007 to April 2012. Additionally, Kristina served as Sales Team Lead at Telia.
