Joakim Pettersson

Joakim Pettersson is a Senior Service Designer currently at Telia since August 2023, with prior experience at frog and Skatteverket where projects focused on understanding the gig and sharing economies, enhancing user journeys, and developing customer-centric services. Joakim's background includes roles as a Verisure Service Designer Consultant at 54U Group AB and as a Service Designer and Product Owner at the Swedish Tax Agency, contributing to holistic development methodologies. Previous experiences also encompass UX design roles at Antrop and Avantime, along with interaction design positions at Scania CV AB. Joakim holds a Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design from Stockholm University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Innovation & Design from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
