Lead Data Systems Engineer at telicent

Andy Seaborne has a long history of working in the data systems field. Andy began their career in 1987 as a Senior Research Scientist at HP Labs (Hewlett Packard Laboratories). In 2004, they became an Editor for the SPARQL Query Language for RDF at the W3C. Andy then joined Talis in 2009 as a Senior Architect and also took on the role of Editor for the SPARQL 1.1 Query Language at the W3C. In 2010, they moved to Epimorphics Ltd as a Senior Architect. In 2015, they became a Principal Software Engineer for Data Technologies at TopQuadrant. In 2020, they took on the role of Data Systems Architect at Iotic. Finally, in 2021, they became the Lead Data Systems Engineer at Telicent.

Andy Seaborne received their MA in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge in 1983, followed by a Diploma in Computer Science in 1984. Andy then earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge in 1987.
