Laksmi Juwita

Laksmi Juwita is an IT OSS BSS Manager at Telin (PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International) since March 2018, overseeing Digital Service Readiness. Laksmi has extensive experience in various roles at Telin, including Digital Service Provisioning Manager and positions focused on Non IP Infrastructure Planning, Capacity Management, and Restoration. Additionally, Laksmi has been the owner of Annisa Cake Shop Yasmin since 2007 and previously worked at Telekomunikasi Indonesia in roles related to Resource Management, Operation Internet Gateway, and business support from 2005 to 2010. Laksmi started a career in technical sales support at Indosat from 2002 to 2005. Laksmi holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Technology from the University of Indonesia, completed in 2016, and a degree from STT Telkom Bandung, attained in 2001.
