Torkis Narama Siregar has over 13 years of experience in the telecommunications field, currently serving as a Connectivity Performance Manager at Telin since August 2010. Throughout this tenure, Torkis has held various managerial roles, including IP & CDN Operation Manager and IP Backbone O&M Manager, demonstrating expertise in troubleshooting, real-time fault handling, and client coordination. Prior experience includes a role as a Gateway Operation and Maintenance Engineer at PT. Telkom Indonesia, where Torkis was responsible for BGP maintenance and interface congestion optimization. Torkis began the career as a freelancer at PT PLN, focusing on predicting electricity bill violations using artificial neural networks.
