Patrick van Bakkum

Patrick van Bakkum has over 20 years of experience in various managerial and project management roles. Currently, they are the Head of Project Delivery at Telindus Nederland, where they oversee a team of 55+ employees and leads transformative changes to enhance customer experience and profitability. Prior to this, they served as the Director/Head of Service Delivery at Intragen and Manager of Operations Team 2 at Vancis B.V. Patrick also held senior positions at Hyland, Lexmark Enterprise Software, Pallas Athena, and Consilience, where they managed teams and projects and was responsible for operational management and strategy development. Additionally, Patrick has served in leadership roles outside of the corporate world, including as the Chairman of a music/harmony association and as a board member of a local broadcaster. Patrick began their career as an ICT Specialist/Developer at FIOD-ECD.

Patrick van Bakkum's education history includes various programs and certifications. Patrick completed a Masterclass in Change Management at Nyenrode Business University in 2016. In 2013, they attended TIAS School for Business and Society for a Master Class in Operational Excellence. Additionally, Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in ICT from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.

Besides their formal education, they have obtained certifications such as Prince2 Practitioner in April 2012 and Prince2 Foundation in December 2011, the latter of which they obtained from Twice institution.
