Agus Riyanto

Agus Riyanto possesses extensive experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector, specifically within the field of customer debt collection, at PT Telmark Integrasi Indonesia since October 2019, where roles have included Manager, Assistant Manager, Person In Charge, and Supervisor, all centered around the Akulaku Indonesia Bucket Autodial project. Prior to this, Agus served as a Management Trainer at PT Mega Finance from July 2016 to August 2019. Educationally, Agus holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ahmad Dahlan University in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, obtained between 2008 and 2009.
