Fitriana Fatma Indah

Fitriana Fatma Indah started their work experience in 2016 at Indonesia flying club, where they served as a Board Member and later became the Head of Marketing and Public Relations. In this role, they were responsible for creating online and offline marketing campaigns, supporting the club's member acquisition efforts, and generating sales from their services. Fitriana Fatma then joined PT Cakrawala Data Integrasi (CDI) as the Public Relations & Marketing Lead from April 2022 to July 2022. In 2022, they also worked at Telmark Indonesia and Quiros Networks as the Head of Department Marketing Communication and in Business Development, respectively.

Fitriana Fatma Indah completed their education in a chronological manner. Fitriana Fatma first obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Communication from LSPR Communication and Business Institute, starting in 2014 and finishing in 2018.

Afterwards, they pursued a Master's degree in International Business Communication and Development at the same institute, starting in 2018 and finishing in 2019.

In addition to their degrees, Fitriana also obtained two certifications. Fitriana Fatma received a Certificate of Unit Credit Towards in Customer Service Professional from City & Guilds in April 2017. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in English for Business Communication from City & Guilds in July 2016.
