Alberto Villegas is an experienced IT and Telecom Operations Manager with over a decade of tenure at TELMEX/CLARO, where responsibilities include managing IT and Telecom managed services for multinational enterprise customers in Latin America's largest service provider, as well as overseeing change management processes.
