José Nunes

José Nunes has worked for several companies over the past few years. In 2022, they began working as a Voip Engineer for Telnyx. In 2021, they worked as a Voice & Services Engineer and a Network Reliability Engineer for Truphone. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Talkdesk as a UC Specialist II, UC Specialist I, Junior Engineer, and Professional Services Intern. In 2018, they were an Inov Contacto C22 Intern for aicep Portugal Global. In 2017, they were a Junior Researcher for Instituto de Telecomunicações. During their internship at Talkdesk, José provided customers with custom Salesforce Development integrated with Talkdesk functions, automation tools, and acted as a consultant for immediate custom solutions. José also provided and organized documentation regarding past implementations and custom developments.

José Nunes attended Escola Secundária Damião de Goes from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained their Ensino Secundário in Ciências e Tecnologias. José then attended Universidade de Aveiro from 2011 to 2017, earning a BsC and MsC in Electronics and Telecom Engineering. In addition, José Nunes holds three certifications: CAE - Certificate in Advanced English from Cambridge Assessment English, FCE - First Certificate in English from Cambridge Assessment English, and Inov Contacto C22 from aicep Portugal Global.
