Kim Dorson-King has had a varied work experience since 2011. Kim began their career as a Customer Service Assistant for HP at SITEL Belgium NV. In 2013, they were an Account Management Trainee at Absolute Blue. Kim then worked as an Impact Team Member at Abercrombie & Fitch in 2011 and as an Account Management Trainee at Carbon 12011 in 2015. In 2015, they were a Trainee in the Product & Development team for Disney Baby at The Walt Disney Company. From 2017 to 2020, they were a Content Creator and Summer Camp Instructor at Boost You Up ASBL. Most recently, in 2021, they have been a Product Operations Specialist EMEA at Telnyx.

Kim Dorson-King obtained a Certificate of Higher Secondary Education from Collège Saint-Pierre de Jette in 2011, majoring in Art d'expression - Espagnol. Kim then went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree from ISFSC in 2016, majoring in Communication, général. Finally, Kim Dorson-King completed a Master's degree from Université Saint-Louis - Bruxelles in 2019, majoring in Communication interactive et collaborative.
