Rogelio Perez has over 18 years of experience in the telecommunication industry. Rogelio began their career in 2002 as Technical Support and QA Manager at VoIP Group. In 2005, they moved to XConnect (formerly Kayote Networks) as Technical Support Manager, where they built a new branch location in Argentina. In 2008, they became Project Manager at Leaftel Inc., where they gathered customer requirements documentation for development teams and implemented and managed a VoIP custom solution. In 2009, they took on the role of Director of Network Operations at Callvox, where they designed and upgraded the Network Infrastructure from a small retail system to a Class 5 solution. In 2013, they joined Vonage as a Customer Solutions Engineer III, where they designed and documented the Technical Support process for the Contact Center agents and assisted with the implementation of the Session Border Controllers (SBCs). Finally, in 2014, they began working at Telnyx as Director of RTC Products, Telephony Technical Product Manager, and Technical Support Manager.

Rogelio Perez attended Universidad Blas Pascal from 1997 to 2002, where they earned an Engineering degree in Telecommunications.
