Gerald Arnold earned a Bachelor of Science (Aviation) degree from the University of Newcastle from 1993 to 1995, and later obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the same university from 1998 to 2001. In 2012, they obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
