Sue Laver

Sue Laver was appointed Company Secretary of Telstra Corporation Limited effective 1 February 2018.

Ms Laver is a senior legal and governance professional with over 20 years’ experience advising senior management and board levels. Ms Laver reports to the board and her duties include continuous disclosure compliance, corporate governance and communication with Telstra’s nearly

1.4 million shareholders.

Ms Laver joined Telstra in 1997 and has served in senior legal roles throughout the company including as Deputy Group General Counsel, and General Counsel roles across the company including: Dispute Resolution, HR, Finance, Risk and Compliance, Media and Telstra Country Wide.

She holds a Bachelor of Law (Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University.
