Erica Lieb Weir

Erica Lieb Weir is an accomplished aerospace engineering professional with extensive experience in engineering, strategy, and partnerships. Currently serving at Teltrium Solutions, LLC since October 2018, Erica has held significant roles at various organizations including Peraton and Harris Corporation where responsibilities included leading special projects in engineering. Erica's previous roles encompassed strategic planning and systems engineering at Exelis Inc. and ITT, providing vital support for NASA's Constellation Program and space communications initiatives. Erica began their career as an engineer and analyst with the Arctic Slope Regional Corporation and the Science Applications International Corporation, focusing on space communications and threat systems analysis. Erica holds a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado Boulder.
