Michael Ringman

Chief Information Officer at Telus International

Michael Ringman is the current Chief Information Officer at Telus International. Prior to their current position, Ringman served as the Vice President of Global Technology Infrastructure at TeleTech Holdings Inc. from September 2000 to March 2012. In this role, they were responsible for managing TeleTech's global infrastructure and overseeing a budget of 40 million dollars. Michael also led the company's efforts to pass SOX and SAS70 type II audits with no deficiencies.

Under Ringman's leadership, TeleTech was able to reduce its overall costs by 50% through evaluation of storage technology options. Additionally, they created a business case for the centralization of all administrative telephony, resulting in a ROI of under 6 months.
