Gabriel Proulx

Gabriel Proulx is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, project management, and client relations. Currently serving as Team Lead - Operations and Senior Project Manager at Union since August 2018, Gabriel previously held roles at Encore Travel, including Business Delivery Expert and Account Executive, where responsibilities included managing client relationships, conducting data analysis, and optimizing business processes. Earlier experience includes Beverage Manager/Mixologist at Bidon Taverne Culinaire, where sales and inventory management were key focuses, as well as financial advisory roles at Desjardins and Bell. Gabriel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Université de Montréal, a Minor in Law from the same institution, and a DEC in Human Sciences from Collège Ahuntsic.
