Hary Herstig

Hary Herstig has a diverse work experience in strategy, business development, investment analysis, and treasury. Hary is currently working as the Manager of Strategy & Business Development at Tembici since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at the IFC - International Finance Corporation for 6 years from 2015 to 2021. During their time at IFC, they served as an Investment Analyst, where they performed credit, financial, and risk analysis for real sector companies. Hary also supported investment decisions through the creation of financial models and worked with various banking products. Before that, Hary worked at Jaguar Land Rover as a Treasury Analyst, responsible for preparing cashflow indicators and forecasts, conducting financial transactions, and maintaining communication with relationship banks. Hary started their career as a Treasury Intern at Jaguar Land Rover.

Hary Herstig started their education journey in 2011 at the School of Economics, Business, and Accounting at the University of São Paulo, where they pursued their undergraduate degree in Economics. Hary completed their undergraduate studies in 2016.

After a gap of a few years, in 2021, Hary Herstig returned to education and enrolled in FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. There, they are currently pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management and Public Policy (MPGPP). Their expected graduation year is 2023.
