Melanie Underwood, CAPM, PSM, CMP, currently serves in Human Resources Operations at Templar Shield and as Project Manager and Executive Administrator to the CEO at Elite Performance Associates since September 2018. In this role, Melanie supports executive operations, project management of startup projects, and customer engagement initiatives. Prior experience includes Event Manager for UC San Diego Health, overseeing over 100 annual events, and Event Coordinator at The Rock Church, managing large-scale events with significant attendance. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Arts and Sciences, specializing in Hospitality and Tourism Management with a focus on Meeting and Event Management from San Diego State University.
