Mayank A.'s work experience starts with their role as a System Engineer Trainee at Infosys, where they underwent six months of corporate training. This provided him exposure to various IT industry practices and allowed him to learn technologies such as Java, RDBMS, HTML, SQL Server, UNIX, and Microsoft Dot Net. Mayank also obtained STAR certification based on their knowledge of software development processes.

After their trainee role, Mayank progressed to become a System Engineer at Infosys, a position they held from January 2012 to April 2014. Mayank then transitioned to the role of Product Owner, where they owned compliance and regulatory initiatives for a large IT transformation project involving the enhancement of a Mortgage Enterprise Database (MEDB) at Suntrust Mortgage. Mayank closely collaborated with cross-functional stakeholders during this role. Additionally, they successfully managed the migration of the Customer Account Opening (CAO) product from the parent bank to a newly launched bank subsidiary at the Royal Bank of Scotland.

In 2017, Mayank joined an airline software company as a Product Manager, where they worked until September 2020. During this time, they contributed to product management initiatives.

From February 2019 to March 2020, Mayank took on the role of Lead Organizer at Product School.

Continuing their career progression, Mayank worked as a Product Manager at Lancelot.io from September 2020 to June 2021.

Most recently, Mayank joined Tempo Software as a Product Manager in June 2021, and they are currently employed in this position.

Mayank A. completed their Engineer's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from UPES, spanning from 2007 to 2011. Mayank further pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Engineering Management from Coventry University from 2013 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications such as Google Analytics Essential Training from LinkedIn in January 2021 and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in September 2020.
