Drew Millar

Drew Millar serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for North America at Tempur Sealy International, a position held since April 2017. Prior to this role, Drew held various positions within the company, including Director of Human Resources and Corporate Counsel. Before joining Tempur Sealy International, Drew was a Partner in the Labor & Employment Department at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP from September 2008 to April 2017, where responsibilities included assisting clients with employment claims and providing counsel on labor and employment issues. Drew earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History with minors in Political Science and Business from Brigham Young University.
