Lisa Raffensperger

Lisa Raffensperger was a former senior news editor at STAT; edited science and discovery stories, health policy coverage, and patient-focused coverage. She has extensive journalism background with deep science writing and editing experience, including as web editor of Discover magazine. She holds a Master’s in science journalism from City University in London and B.A. in English and biology from the University of Iowa.
