Jessy Couwenberg

Jessy Couwenberg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 1999, they owned a food, beverage, and entertainment business called Divas & Begijn. Jessy later worked as a real estate agent at Stoit Groep Bv, where they guided expats relocating to the Netherlands. Jessy then held various positions at Stoit Groep Bv, including Corporate & Executive Account Manager and Corporate & Executive Relations Manager. In 2014, they founded ZUID Beheer and served as its managing director. In 2013, they founded Corporate Housing Solutions, where they served as the managing director and founder of Long Stay Housing Services by Corporate Booking Desk bv and Short Stay Housing Services by Residence32 bv. In 2015, they became a managing director and partner at Ten Brinke CoHof, specializing in real estate development. In 2020, they founded Grizzly Offices and served as the managing director and founder. Currently, they hold the roles of managing partner at Expat Mortgages and managing director and founder at s.presso.eindhoven and Corporate Housing Cleaning company.

Jessy Couwenberg attended NVMSOM Nieuwegein HBO from 2004 to 2005, where they earned a degree in Real Estate (RMT). They later enrolled at Kenneth Smit from 2005 to 2016, completing a Sales, Management, and Communication training program. Prior to that, Jessy attended MEAO Interven College Venlo from 1996 to 1999, obtaining a degree in MEAO with a focus on International Sales & Wholesale. They also attended Blariacum College Venlo from 1995 to 1999, earning a HAVO degree specializing in Higher General Secondary Education.
