Claudia Santos Palumbo

Claudia Santos Palumbo has work experience dating back to 2001. Claudia is currently the Head of Premium Service Delivery at Ten Lifestyle Group, a position they started in February 2022. Prior to this, Claudia worked at Primetour Viagens & Experiências from January 2013 to May 2021, where they held the role of Strategic Commercial Supervisor. Claudia also has experience at Experimento Intercambio Cultural, where they worked in various roles including Commercial Supervisor, Manager, Sales Consultant, and Intern from 2001 to 2012.

Claudia Santos Palumbo has a diverse education history. Claudia completed their Pós Graduação in General and Strategic Administration at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2017 to 2018. Prior to this, they obtained a degree in English from ELS Language Centers in 2010. In 2007 to 2008, they pursued an MBA Executivo in Business Management in Sales at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. Additionally, they also studied English at ELS Language Centers in 2006. Claudia holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from Universidade São Judas Tadeu, where they studied from 1999 to 2001. Earlier in their educational journey, they completed a Técnico em Secretariado (Secretarial Technician) program at E.T.E Professor Camargo Aranha from 1995 to 1997. Lastly, Claudia has attended various language schools, including Aspect International Language Academies and ELS Language Centers, to further their English language proficiency.
