Francesco de Marchis

Francesco De Marchis has had an extensive career in the technology industry, holding various leadership positions in different companies. Francesco started their career in 1999 as a Director of Engineering at Verticalnet-NECX and then moved on to become a Director of Software Engineering at Converge in 2000. Francesco joined ATG in 2003 as a VP of Product Development and later moved to Orbitz International as the VP of Software Engineering and Delivery in 2006. In 2008, they became the CTO of JACOB before joining Play.com as the CIO in 2011. In 2014, De Marchis worked at Vivastreet as their CTO, and then moved to lowcosttravelgroup in 2015 in the same role. Francesco joined JacTravel in 2016 as the Group CTO, and in 2018, they became the Group CTO at Ten Lifestyle Group, where they also served as the Group Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Technology Officer from January 2019 onwards.

Francesco De Marchis started their education in 1984 at Sapienza Università di Roma, where they pursued a 7-year degree in Electrical Engineering and MS. Francesco completed this program in 1992. In the following year, from 1992 to 1993, Francesco enrolled at the Postmaster General to achieve a Master's degree in TLC and MS.
