Popo Hartopo has extensive work experience in the travel and hospitality industry. Popo currently works at Ten Lifestyle Group as the Head of Product & Marketing for the APAC region since January 2022. In this role, Popo is responsible for creating a robust product and marketing strategy, managing partnerships, ensuring delivery of products and offers, and achieving revenue targets.

Prior to their current position, Popo worked at HotelsPro as a Market Manager from June 2019 to June 2020. Popo was responsible for managing the market and developing relationships with leisure product and service providers.

Popo Hartopo began their education at Catholic University in 1991, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Architecture. However, they did not complete their degree as they attended the institution only until 1993. Following this, they enrolled at Trisakti Tourism Academy in 1993 and graduated in 1995 with a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Business. Later, in 2000, Popo attended the Sydney Computer Graphic College and earned a Diploma in Interactive & Multimedia Design in 2001.
