Jenny Murray's work experience begins in 2010 with an internship at SolarTown, where they founded SolarTown Kids, an initiative to incorporate solar energy into DC public school curriculum. Jenny contributed to website content and design and created lesson plans and educational resources.

In 2012, Jenny joined Cvent, starting as a Customer Success Consultant and later becoming a Customer Loyalty and Relationship Associate. Jenny wrote and executed cross-sell and upsell campaigns, co-managed customer engagement programs, and helped revamp internal processes to enhance the customer onboarding experience.
