Kateryna Hrytsak is a Customer Service Representative at TenantCloud since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Support Specialist at Jooble from 2020 to 2022. From 2016 to 2020, they were a Translator and SEO-specialist at Laconica Co, where they were responsible for technical translation, website analysis and promotion, content for website and photo processing. From 2015 to 2016, they were an English teacher at Liberty and a translator at Akkord-Tour Ltd. from 2015 to 2016. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as an English-speaking operator at Adelina Call Center, where they consulted English-speaking applicants about getting Schengen visas, registered and booked in the Embassies and handled online mailing about the visa process.
