Naji Younes

Naji Younes is a seasoned manufacturing and operations professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Tenaris since April 2021, Naji previously held significant positions at Weatherford, where responsibilities included oversight of global manufacturing with a focus on Lean Six Sigma methodologies that substantially increased productivity and sales. Key achievements include managing Abu Dhabi Manufacturing, where Naji was instrumental in tripling business growth and significantly reducing operating costs. Earlier career milestones include roles at Saab Defense and Security USA as a Lean Six Sigma Manager and at Lockheed Martin as a Manufacturing Program Manager, overseeing multimillion-dollar government contracts. Naji holds a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Binghamton University.
