Sandip Soni

Sandip Soni is a Well Design Solutions Senior Engineer at Tenaris since September 2023, focusing on designing a cloud-based real-time monitoring solution for drilling engineering. Previously, Sandip served as a Senior Petroleum Engineer at OVS Group LLC from April 2011 to November 2022, where development of well bore simulators and rule-based expert systems for artificial lift methods took place. Prior experience includes being a Production Engineer at Schlumberger Information Solutions, responsible for implementing real-time production engineering workflows, and a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Tulsa, which involved production optimization in tight gas reservoirs. Additionally, Sandip interned at Oxy and worked as a Project Engineer for Indian Oiltanking Ltd., overseeing EPC project activities for oil storage terminals. Sandip holds a Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Tulsa and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from MSU, Baroda.
