Sebastian Martin Cardoso has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Sebastian Martin started their career at Techint Group in 2002 as a Talent Development Analyst. Sebastian Martin then joined Techint Engineering & Construction in 2005, where they held various positions such as HR Planning Leader, HR Compensation Manager, HR Business Partner and Compensation Manager, and Learning & Development Manager. In 2014, they moved to Tenaris and served as a Talent Development Manager, Industrial Relations Director, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development Director for the Middle East, Asia, North Sea & Africa, and currently as the Global Head of Learning.
Sebastian Martin Cardoso has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of Buenos Aires, which they obtained from 1999 to 2004. Sebastian Martin also completed an Executive MBA program at IAE Business School from 2011 to 2012. In 2017, they attended the Advanced Management Program in Strategy and Leadership at Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business. Additionally, Sebastian has obtained certifications in Hogan Assessments and Feedback from Hogan Assessment Systems in 2019, and in Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) Accreditation from Thomas International in 2015.
