Divya Parameshwaran

Divya P. has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. They started their career as a Quality Control Associate Intern at Glaxo Smithkline Pharmaceutical Limited in 2006. In 2010, they moved on to become a QA Associate and Microbiologist at Parnell Veterinary Pharmaceuticals. Divya then joined Philips in 2012 as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist. After two years, they transitioned to Genentech, where they worked as a Technical Manager in Quality Operations from 2014 to 2020. Divya then moved to Jazz Pharmaceuticals, where they held the position of Senior Manager in Research and Development Quality Governance. Currently, Divya holds the role of Associate Director of QA Compliance at Tenaya Therapeutics since 2023.

Divya P. has a diverse education history with a focus on biotechnology, business, regulatory affairs, general business management, and project management. They obtained a double Master's degree in Biotechnology and Business from Macquarie University. Divya also earned a Regulatory Affairs Certificate in Medical Devices from RAPS. They studied General Business Management at Central Queensland University, Sydney Campus, and pursued Project Management at the University of California, Berkeley. In 2020, Divya completed a Professional Development Program on Becoming a Leader: Developing Your Style and Making Sound Decisions from Harvard University Extension. In addition to their academic qualifications, Divya holds several certifications, including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM™) from Scrum Alliance, Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) from Roche, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Roche.
