Prior to this role, Aaron held various management positions in companies such as Asurion, Alorica, and Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated. With experience dating back to 1996 at FedEx Office, Aaron has a strong background in operations management, sales team training, and mentoring peers. Aaron has a proven track record in leading strategic initiatives to achieve key metrics and ensuring customer service policies and standards are upheld.
