Rafael Rondon

Rafael Rondon, MBA, currently serves as President and CEO at TENCU. Prior to this role, Rafael held the same positions at Xplore FCU and worked as Vice President Sales and Operations at Dade County Federal Credit Union. Rafael also gained experience as a Market Support Consultant at Wells Fargo. Rafael holds a Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University, and an Associate of Arts from Miami Dade College.
