Chandni Khanderia

Chandni Khanderia has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Chandni started their career as a Pre-registration Pharmacist at Whittington Health in September 2013 and worked there until August 2014. Chandni then became a Rotational Pharmacist from September 2014 to November 2016, followed by a brief role as a Pioneer Pharmacist from November 2016 to May 2017.

In May 2017, Chandni was promoted to Senior Rotational Pharmacist at Whittington Health. In this role, they implemented a quality improvement project and achieved a 100% completion rate for documentation of on-call enquiries. Chandni also had teaching responsibilities and conducted horizon scanning and expenditure reports. Chandni remained in this position until September 2019.

From September 2019 to February 2020, Chandni served as the Emergency Department and Antimicrobials Specialist Pharmacist at Whittington Health. During this time, they successfully implemented electronic prescribing in the Emergency Department, which had previously been unsuccessful.

In February 2020, Chandni was promoted to the role of Lead Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration Pharmacist at Whittington Health. Chandni achieved a 100% uptake of electronic prescribing across 150 outpatient clinics and played a significant role in developing an innovative EPMA system.

In 2021, Chandni joined the Health Tech Awards as a Judge. Chandni then moved on to work at Tendable in July 2022 as a Project Manager. In this role, they scoped user requirements, delivered healthcare knowledge to product and engineering teams, and implemented a communication plan for new releases, resulting in a 40% improvement in customer engagement.

Chandni Khanderia's education history includes various degrees and certifications. In 2009, they began their undergraduate studies at UCL, where they pursued a degree in MPharm. Chandni successfully completed their program in 2013. Following their undergraduate studies, they joined UCL again in 2014 to pursue a Diploma in General Pharmacy Practice, which they completed in 2018. In 2018, Khanderia attended King's College London to pursue a Clinically Enhanced Pharmacist Independent Prescribing degree, which they completed in 2019. During the same year, they also undertook a course called "Leading for Change" at the Centre for Pharmacy Postgraduate Education. Finally, from 2019 to 2021, they attended UCL once more to pursue a Master of Science in Advanced Pharmacy Practice - Research route degree.
